• Ticket and registration details from our ticketing platform.
• Enquiry and support messages sent through our website or email.
• Preferences you choose to share, like accessibility or dietary needs.

We do not store full payment card details. These are handled by our payment provider.

• Directly from you via forms, ticket purchases, surveys or at the event.

Why we use it

• To run the conference and manage your registration.
• To communicate with you about the event.

Photos and video

We photograph and film at AI-Con for recaps and promotion. Signs will be displayed. If you prefer not to appear in close-up shots, tell our team at registration.

Sharing your information

We share personal information with trusted providers who help us run AI-Con, such as ticketing, payment, email, hosting, analytics and the venue. They can only use it to provide services to us. We do not sell personal information. We only share your details with sponsors for their marketing if you have clearly opted in.

Storage, security and retention

We take reasonable steps to protect personal information from misuse, interference and loss. Data may be stored in Australia or overseas by our providers. We keep personal information only as long as needed for the purposes above or as required by law, then delete or de-identify it.
