AJ is a strategic marketing leader and founder of RDM Marketing Consultants, specialising in the practical application of artificial intelligence for small businesses and regional organisations. She is leading the South West’s first AI-Con event and managed all marketing and communications for AI: Leading the Future in Mandurah — two major initiatives helping regional businesses embrace AI in meaningful ways.
With more than 15 years of experience shaping brand and digital strategies for organisations such as Curtin University, the University of Melbourne, Montagne Jeunesse, AJ now focuses on ensuring regional businesses aren’t left behind in the AI revolution.
As a speaker, trainer and consultant, she delivers hands-on AI training through monthly workshops, one-on-one coaching, and tailored board advisory sessions. Her sessions highlight why strategy is critical to AI adoption and she works with leaders on how to succeed with AI strategically – with a focus on strategy before tools.
Holding a Master’s in Marketing from the Chartered Institute of Marketing and as a Leadership WA alumna, AJ combines deep strategic expertise with a passion for innovation, empowering businesses to work smarter and stay competitive in a fast-changing digital world.
